ECO Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) over 10 years of experiences in design, installation, testing. We will make use of SBR to treat effluents from meat processing plants, food industrial, leachate & municipal wastewater.

Nijhuis DAF
Nijhuis DAF can apply to food processing, dairy production, meat preparation, paper, textile & metal industries.

Enpro DAF
Enpro DAF process is based on chemical coagulation and clarification using a very efficient, high rate dissolved air flotation process.

When necessary, a small dosage of chemicals is blended with incoming wastewater streams through a proprietary inline mixer. The micro-bubbles introduced through a recycled stream separate the floc and/or any other emulsified organics in raw wastewater to the surface of central compartment. The treated wastewater can be directly discharged to trunk sewers.

The particles/floc that float to the surface would act a natural fine organic filter for producing good quality effluent. The thickness of this floc is kept optimal by using a scraper mechanism.

Each tire washer unit consists of an engineered steel platform, mechanical sensors, and an automatic scraper conveyor system for discharging the accumulated sludge with a weather-proof central control panel.

SimWalk is a multi-purpose pedestrian simulator that allows evaluating and ensuring the security and comfort of walking in different environments. By importing CAD drawings for pedestrian simulation studies SimWalk supports effectively the basis of spatial design.
